Superb location in the vibrant heart of Naples, surrounded by lively restaurants and shops. Attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Basic amenities, but the rooms were cozy with a comfortable bed and a clean environment.

Great location, right in the heart of the historic center. The room was unique and had a homely feel. Despite a few drawbacks, I had a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying at Pignatelli Napoli.

The location is very convenient. The staff were as helpful as employees can possibly be.

I did not like the fact that there was no lighting on the very dark steep stairwell at night.The staff were as helpful as they were able during a an electrical cut-off at the hotel. Torches and candles were not made available, so it was rather daunting and the courtyard was extremely dark as well. The front door had to be left open as it was electrically operated .

Absolutely nothing

We were pressed for time to explore Naples, so the central location of Pignatelli Napoli was perfect for us. It felt more like a cozy B&B than a standard hotel, which added to the charm. Diego, the staff member, went above and beyond to assist with our luggage, even though I missed his call. The upgraded room was spacious and clean, though it lacked amenities. The big window with a window sill provided a lovely spot to enjoy the morning, despite the view of neighboring apartments. it was a unique and adventurous stay, with friendly staff and an unbeatable location.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
